Production Control Coordinator

About the role

The Production Control Coordinator will manage delivery schedules ensuring all jobs are shipped on time. They will set up workloads schedules, communicate effectively with customer services, and work with purchasing to ensure materials arrive on time. Typing and communication skills are essential, along with some mechanical understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages Delivery schedules & being sure all jobs are shipped on time.
• Set up schedules of work loads.
• Good communication skills to give people instructions.
• Work with Customer Services to be sure we are on schedule.
• Set up schedules of work loads.
• Give group leaders reports so they follow the correct schedules.
• Work with purchasing to be sure materials are coming in on time in order to meet the schedule.
• Follow up using Customer Service Reports to Plant 2 & Shipping.
• Good typing skills.
• Origination skills.
• Communication skills.
• Good attendance.
• Some mechanical ability to understand manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Motivated individual who likes to get things done & on time & profitable.
• Understanding of CNC Milling & CNC Turning would be helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Full time 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Skills

• Good typing skills.
• Can go into programs & extract information to build reports to keep jobs flowing on time.

Pay

$22.50 - $30.00
