About the role

As a Product Manager at Sephora, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to bring products to market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product launches.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch, including managing product releases, performance monitoring, and post-launch support.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product features, pricing, and go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing successful products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with product development tools and methodologies such as Agile.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of product development processes and tools.
  • Experience with project management software like Jira or Asana.
