PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary

Responsible for setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of food items prepared in the kitchen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares food items necessary for assigned area.
• Sets specific duties for associates under supervision for efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Ensures proper storage and handling of products; uses portion, presentation, and recipe controls.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food and non-food working areas.
• Reports equipment repair/maintenance to appropriate supervisor or facility department.
• Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains, and schedules associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Upkeep professional development of Packing Team.
• Supervise maintenance equipment used for preparing and loading orders.
• Work directly with internal employees and meet expectations against operational capabilities.
• Monitor daily staff availability and work shift schedules.
• Coach and train new hires and current team members. Report team member injuries immediately.

Pay Range

$22.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour.
