PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediate full-time PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR positions at Mayo Clinic Harwick. The position requires previous back of house management or supervisory experience and offers competitive pay at $24.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items necessary for assigned area.
• Sets up and maintains food production and quality control of food items prepared in the kitchen.
• Assigns specific duties to associates under supervision for efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food and non-food working areas.
• Reports equipment repair/maintenance to appropriate supervisor or facility department.
• Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains, and schedules associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous back of house management or supervisory experience required.

Pay

$24.50 per hour

Schedule

Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; 5:00 am to 9:00 am start time.
