About the role

The Production Control Clerk is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of supply and maintenance management functions, including compliance with regulations and automated system usage.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and record production data from various sources following prescribed procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Army systems like GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
  • Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
  • Audit readiness by maintaining accurate and compliant material records.
  • Write production reports based on compiled data.
  • Compute wages from employee timecards and post data on payroll records.
  • Monitor equipment requiring maintenance by creating work orders and ensuring proper receipt after repairs.

Qualifications

  • GCSS-A experience.
  • Favorable Tier-1 Investigation result and CAC clearance.
  • Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred.
  • Physical capability to lift 60 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • GCSS-A Certification.
  • 2-3 years production control experience.
  • Real ID.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • U.S. Army 92-series MOS qualification or civilian equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 60 pounds.
  • Pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching.
  • Periodic overtime.
  • Exposure to heat, dust, cold, and inclement weather conditions.
