About the role
The Production Control Clerk is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of supply and maintenance management functions, including compliance with regulations and automated system usage.
Responsibilities
- Compile and record production data from various sources following prescribed procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Army systems like GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
- Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Audit readiness by maintaining accurate and compliant material records.
- Write production reports based on compiled data.
- Compute wages from employee timecards and post data on payroll records.
- Monitor equipment requiring maintenance by creating work orders and ensuring proper receipt after repairs.
Qualifications
- GCSS-A experience.
- Favorable Tier-1 Investigation result and CAC clearance.
- Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Physical capability to lift 60 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- GCSS-A Certification.
- 2-3 years production control experience.
- Real ID.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
- U.S. Army 92-series MOS qualification or civilian equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 60 pounds.
- Pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching.
- Periodic overtime.
- Exposure to heat, dust, cold, and inclement weather conditions.
