Production - Construction Laborer

About the role

As part of our production team, you’ll perform in-home waterproofing, foundation, and concrete leveling solutions.

• Loads up the truck with material needed for the day before heading out.
• Helps the crew get the jobsite ready and keeps things clean and safe throughout the day.
• Works alongside an experienced Foreman to complete high-quality installations.
• Shares ideas that could make the job go smoother, faster, or safer.
• Makes sure the customer’s home is left clean and that they have a great experience.
• Unloads and cleans out the truck properly when returning to the shop.
• Takes pride in caring for the company’s tools, equipment, and materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Epoxy experience highly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
• Ability to lift 70-100 pounds.
• Ability to get in and out of crawlspaces, basements and trenches.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to understand English.

Pay

Salary: $45,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year, plus performance pay.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
