Production Clerk

About the role

Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a Production Clerk to support their retail store operations. The ideal candidate will embody the organization's core values of Dignity, Service, Hope, and Partnership, focusing on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accept, sort, grade, process, and stock shelves of donated goods.
• Maintain a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness of the store.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• No formal education required.
• One year of customer service and/or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stock merchandise, place product weighing up to 45 pounds, and perform tasks at various heights.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and team-mindedness.
• High energy and enthusiasm for the role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Customer service skills.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
