Production Clerk (2nd Shift)

About the role

LVMH Beauty is seeking a Line Support associate to join its North America Distribution Center team. This role involves continuous monitoring of picking areas, strategically moving personnel to ensure sufficient coverage, and processing daily orders with attention to priority sequencing and special instructions.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the Manuel Each picking area and Full case picking area, strategically moving personnel throughout to ensure sufficient coverage to meet order demands
• Pick and pack orders from all types of pick locations including FMR/Bulk MEP
• Process all daily orders including priority sequencing and special instructions
• Monitor efficiency and report findings to management
• Fill all picking locations as needed and collaborate with the replenishment team to prioritize and fulfill missing replenishment orders
• Ensure quality control and accuracy for all order fulfillment by ensuring all procedures are followed for line starting, picking, scanning, and check weigh audit
• Maintain required order commitments by picking all orders within the SLA
• Assist with additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in a Distribution Center environment
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Good understanding of computer systems
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills
• Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

Physical requirements

• Able to pick/pack, unpack and lift cartons up to 30lbs as required by the role
• Ability to push and pull picking carts, pallets and material handling equipment
• Continuous standing/walking for an average of 7.5 hours/day
• Continuous bending/movement of arms, torso and legs for an average of 7.5 hours/day

Work environment

• Work in a fragrance filled environment
• Ability to work in a non-temperature regulated warehouse environment, which may involve some exposure to seasonal weather changes
• Report any unsafe work conditions to management
• Keep a neat, clean, and safe work area
• May be required to be cross trained and work in other departments within the Distribution Center
• Work overtime on an as-needed basis
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Pay

$20.75/hour

Schedule

2nd Shift: 4:00pm–12:30am, Monday–Friday
