Production Baker

This is a seasonal position, ending after the 2026 holiday season.

Schedule

• All Kneaders Bakery & Cafe locations are closed every Sunday and on Thanksgiving Day & Christmas every year
• Flexible schedule and split-shifts available
• Saturdays off during non-peak seasons
• Expect to work daily during the holidays (peak times)

Responsibilities

• Manage the production and baking of pie-shells, pie tops, e-clairs, breads, and more
• Meet exacting quality standards in daily baking operations
• Work in a high-volume production environment with a high sense of urgency
• Perform daily physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lb bags
• Assist with daily operational needs, especially during peak seasons and holidays
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Communicate regularly with the Executive Corporate Baker

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be able to lift heavy items (50+ lbs above waist)
• Must be able to work quickly and carefully
• Baking and kitchen experience is required
• High School Diploma
• Culinary education preferred, but not required
