Production Baker - 2nd Shift

Non-exempt, full-time position supporting daily production in the Savory and Bakery Departments.

About the role

The Production Baker collaborates with the bakery team to prepare cookies, muffins, scones, quick breads, and other baked products. This entry-level role involves tasks such as slicing, dicing, chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
• Portion batters and/or dough.
• Hand shape dough to specification.
• Maintain cleanliness while following Food Safety Procedures.
• Mix ingredients and portion to fulfill daily production quantities, ensuring consistency in the final product.
• Pack product according to customer orders for accurate and efficient delivery.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
• Work in accordance with all federal, state, and local safe production facility requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Pay

$16.10 per hour.
