Production 2ND SHIFT

Seymour company is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Labor Associates on 2nd shift in Seymour, IN. This position involves supporting production operations, maintaining a safe work environment, and assisting with various manufacturing and warehouse-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and production duties as assigned
• Operate within established safety and quality guidelines
• Move, lift, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with production line activities and packaging
• Follow work instructions and supervisor direction
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Pay

$17.00 per hour
