Production- 2nd Shift

We are adding a 2nd shift at Flex Craft due to growth within the company! Job Title: Production Operator Reports to: Operations Supervisor Wage: $21.50/hr Essential Functions Perform the various duties and functions of the production floor which may include(s): Pulling Orders Punching steel Painting product Welding and fabricating Non-Essential Functions Help maintain a 5S environment Assist in other non-essential areas as assigned Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Working with industrial manufacturing equipment Actively participate in safety protocols Excellent hand eye coordination Basic mathematical knowledge Diligent and hardworking Working Conditions The majority of working hours will be spent standing and working with various equipment which requires the use of personal protective equipment; must be able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis. Prior Working Experience Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial field preferred as well as experience working with welding, fabricating, and assembly.
