Job Summary
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Assign operators to machines based on Supervisor’s directive.
- Create a break and lunch schedule for relieving the operators.
- Be at your assigned area on time; take only the allowed time on breaks and lunch.
- Review the approved sample at the machine and the applicable DRFs for the parts you are running to have the appropriate quality acceptance criteria.
- Verify proper work attire and safety/protective equipment is being worn by the operator.
- Ensure cycle time and labor match what is on the production schedule.
- Verify that all operators understand and follow instructions in mold book.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Assist Shift Supervisor with all production tasks.

Education and/or Experience
- At least High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months factory related experience.
Training Requirements
- General Safety.
Physical Demands
- Light to moderate physical effort required.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Regularly required to sit, walk or stand.
Personal & Protective Equipment
- Safety Glasses must be worn at all times.
- When working with a HEPA Cell, wear: hair net, powder free vinyl gloves, nose and mouth covers & smock.
- You are not allowed to bring in to the production area: ear rings, rings, watches, cell-phones, pens, necklaces, or items in your pockets, or anything that might fall in to a production box.
