Production

Responsibilities

• Prepare, weigh, and measure ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
• Operate industrial mixers, dough processing equipment, and commercial ovens.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality throughout production.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Follow GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Absorb and assist with packaging and other production duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous food manufacturing, bakery, or production experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime during busy production periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warm production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
