Production

Battle Creek, MI – day shift Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm.

Pay

$18.22 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-forming equipment and other manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
• Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, product specifications, and shipping requirements.
• Measure, inspect, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Perform routine quality checks and identify product defects or process issues.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods as required.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and product changeovers.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory documentation.
• Support warehouse and shipping functions when needed.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and customer commitments.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Resume required.
