- Cash Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: 40-hour workweek guaranteed, with overtime opportunities available
- Full-Time and Seasonal Positions Available
What You'll Do
- Aid in various manufacturing and assembly tasks, ensuring efficiency and quality in production.
- Operate machinery and equipment following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform manual labor, including lifting and moving materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to promote workplace safety and efficiency.
- Absorb and execute written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Support production line operations, collaborating with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout your shift.
- Willingness to work weekends as required to meet production demands.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic – you show up on time and ready to contribute.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus!
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred but not required – we will train!
