Production Manufacturing Associate
Starting at $18.00/hour, this role offers hands-on manufacturing experience in Holland, Ohio, with opportunities to learn custom tooling for the corrugated packaging industry. Paid training is provided.
About the Role
This position combines hands-on production, equipment operation, measuring, quality inspection, and problem-solving. You’ll learn different parts of our manufacturing process, working on custom-made products rather than a traditional production line.
Responsibilities
- Create custom steel rule tooling using job specifications and manufacturing drawings
- Produce printing plates with specialized production equipment
- Position and mount printing plates according to individual customer requirements
- Finish and prepare completed plates for production
- Create proofs and check completed work for accuracy
- Use tape measures and other measuring tools to verify dimensions
- Set up and operate equipment used throughout the manufacturing process
- Inspect products before they move to the next stage of production
- Identify quality issues and work with team members to correct problems
- Follow established safety and production procedures
- Maintain an organized and safe work area
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- No previous experience necessary—paid, hands-on training provided
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
Skills
- Enjoy working with tools, equipment, or machinery
- Prefer an active, hands-on work environment
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, automotive, machine operation, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, woodworking, or printing is a plus
Pay
Starting pay: $18.00 per hour or higher depending on experience. 2nd and 3rd shift positions include a $1.00/hour shift differential. Overtime, including occasional Saturdays, may be required.

Openings available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
