Production Associate - Waterloo, 1st Shift

About the role

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within the facility.
• Perform lab tests and maintain equipment in a clean and safe environment.
• Paint industrial parts and equipment according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on products and report any issues to supervisors.
• Support industrial engineers with data collection and analysis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required for forklift operators.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting preferred.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift operation and maintenance.
