Production Associate - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce corrugated products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on production equipment.
• Handle materials and finished goods according to safety protocols.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent workplace accidents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery and operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
