About the role
Support production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
- Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
- Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Support equipment checks and report any issues.
- Absorb and maintain production standards.
- Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Food production experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
- Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor).
