Production Associate - 1st Shift

About the role

As a Production Associate at BSN SPORTS, you will be responsible for the general operations and preparation of orders to be processed by Embroidery Operators. This role involves receiving work orders, setting up, troubleshooting, and ensuring the accurate counting and documentation of garment sizes and colors.

Responsibilities

• Receive and observe work orders, prepare and stage garments for Embroidery Operators.
• Accurately count and document proper sizes and colors of garments are all present before staging items for Embroidery Operators.
• Report all mechanical issues to their supervisor immediately.
• Ensure the work area is cleaned during their shift and before shift ends, including sweeping, leaving workstation organized, and emptying trash.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and have an eye for precision.
• Quick learning, detail-oriented, accurate, personable, team-oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Able to differentiate and coordinate colors.

Education/Experience

High School Diploma.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for long periods of time (8 hours minimally).
• Repetitive movement of the body.
• Lifting of no less than 5-35 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment (including seasonal exposure to heat and humidity).
• Push/pull 15-35 lbs. frequently.
