Production Associate - Washer

What You'll Do

• Wash, clean, and inspect crystal awards and gifts for quality and accuracy
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and detailed instructions to ensure customer expectations are met
• Handle products carefully to minimize damage and maintain quality standards
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Correctly track and milestone production activities within company systems
• Cross-train in other production areas to support team efficiency and workflow needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S and Lean manufacturing principles
• Safely operate equipment and follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Communicate ideas, concerns, and opportunities for improvement with teammates and leadership
• Assist in other production areas as business needs require

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production demands
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequent use of hands for grasping, handling, and inspecting products, ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, frequent reaching, bending, and turning throughout the workday

As a Production Craftsman, you will be responsible for washing, inspecting, handling, and preparing products throughout the production process while ensuring each piece meets our high-quality standards.
