Job Summary

We are seeking skilled individuals with strong work ethics and relevant experience to support the growth of Latham Pool Products.

Responsibilities

• Train with experienced leaders in all aspects of swimming pool production
• Ensure a safe work environment while performing assigned tasks
• Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated associates to manufacture pool components
• Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, with mandatory overtime

Qualifications

• Mechanical or manufacturing experience is beneficial
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Proficiency in operating machines and using hand tools
• Physical capabilities to perform tasks such as bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, climbing, reaching overhead, lifting up to 50 lbs., for 8-12-hour shifts

• Salary Range: $20.18 to $21.57 per hour, with a $1.00 shift premium for 2nd shift
