Production Associate - Utility IV - 2nd Shift

About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The associate performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading and unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments for loading, and other production tasks classified at a level four or below. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily to cover employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and to meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks.
• Prepare and stage material and garments for loading.
• Perform additional production jobs classified at a level four or below as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed established quantity and quality standards.
• Fill in for other employees during vacations and absences, adapting to changing work areas.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older.
• Adhere to the company attendance policy.
• Work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
• Handle soiled materials and pungent odors using appropriate protective equipment.
• Physical ability to stand for most of a shift, perform repetitive motions, stretch, bend, turn, and reach.
• Capability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.

• Possesses pleasant interpersonal skills, respect, courtesy, and a cooperative attitude.
