Production Associate - Utility IV - 2nd Shift

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. This position performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, which may include loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments for loading, or carrying out other production jobs classified at level four or below as needed. Work area and responsibilities can change daily to cover employee vacations and absences, and associates are expected to keep their work area clean while meeting or exceeding quantity and quality standards.

Requirements

• Work eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States; must be 18 years of age or older.
• Work expectations: Adhere to attendance policy; willing to work in safe proximity to others for extended periods; willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures; willing to handle soiled materials with pungent odors using appropriate protective equipment.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $20.65 and $25.80 per hour. The range reflects factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and business needs; it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range.
