Production Associate - Utility IV - 2nd Shift

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Job Category: Production Hourly | Organization: Rental | Employee Status: Regular.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the loading or unloading of trucks
• Preparing or staging material and garments for loading
• Performing other production jobs classified at a level four or below as needed to support the business
• Work area/responsibilities may change daily, filling in for employee vacations and absences
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the work area
• Meeting or exceeding standards for quantity and quality of work

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Adhere to attendance policy
• Willing to work in safe proximity to others for extended periods
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures
• Willing to potentially handle soiled materials with pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment
• Requires standing for most of a shift
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift
