Production Associate - Utility III - $16.00/Hour

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, or performing other production jobs classified at a level three or below as needed to support the business. Work area and responsibilities may change daily to fill in for other employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Hang or sort garments
• Bag or fold product
• Roll mats
• Clean the work area
• Perform other production jobs as assigned

Work Eligibility and Expectations

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must adhere to attendance policy
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of a shift
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
• Requires frequent lifting and moving of materials

How You Will Be Evaluated

The full selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a job tryout. The tryout provides a realistic job preview and candidates will be compensated for their time. Not all applicants will progress through the entire process. Individuals who receive a conditional job offer will be required to complete a background check and drug screen.
