About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related industry
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality assurance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
