Production Supervisor - Thomaston, GA 2nd Shift

About the role

The company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations at their Thomaston, GA facility. The position is available for both 2nd Shift and 1st Shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with quality control and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Pay

Schedule
