Production Associate Steel 1st shift

About the role

We are looking for skilled individuals with great work ethics and excellent work history to help the ongoing growth of Latham Pool Products. This is an on-site, full-time Production Associate position located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
• Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing pool components

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand, climb above floor level, reach overhead, lift overhead for 8–12-hour shifts
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (overtime mandatory).

Pay

$24.44 per hour.
