Production Associate, 1st Shift

About the role

As a Production Associate, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that quality products are available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment (e.g., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging).
• Prepare production equipment and supplies before executing job orders and operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in good and safe working conditions.
• Inspect equipment to identify replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
• Assist junior operators with their assigned responsibilities.
• Repair and clean equipment as needed.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer production equipment between warehouse and working areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
• Mechanical inclination and ability to use hand tools.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
