Responsibilities

• Packaging and labeling abrasive products according to customer order requirements.
• Serve as a final quality checkpoint by verifying product quality, quantity, and label accuracy.
• Count products and confirm the correct quantity for each order.
• Select and assemble the appropriate box or packaging for each product.
• Enter information into the computer system to generate product labels.
• Cookordinate with production employees and leaders to help keep customer orders moving.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with other packaging and production activities as needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort performing basic measurements, counting, and scale checks.
• Ability to read work instructions, customer order sheets, safety rules, and procedures.
• Dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and a team-first approach.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn is most important.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Frequently lift, carry, and position abrasive materials weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Stand, bend, stoop, and reach, including overhead reaching, for extended periods during the shift.
• Use hands and fingers frequently for counting, packaging, labeling, and other repetitive tasks.
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, adhesives, some chemicals, and moderate noise.
• Wear and properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
