Production Associate O1 - DPM (3rd shift Sun-Thurs 10-6:30am)
The Production Associate at Cytiva is responsible for front-line responsibilities in manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, and shipping of products. Responsibilities include reading and following work policies and procedures, EHS, Quality Control inspections, and receiving verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. This position requires knowledge and understanding of production processes, work instructions, documentation configuration control, non-conforming and rework documentation requirements, and adhering to these to ensure product conformity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent
- Ability to work well and communicate with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency
- Frequent movement, climbing stairs and ladders daily, lifting/carrying/pushing weights up to 50 lbs. unassisted and occasionally lifting/moving weights greater than 50 lbs. with assistance
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus on objects
- Previous experience in 2 years of related manufacturing experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
