Production Associate O1 (SUT 2nd shift 2:00pm - 10:30pm)

About the role

The Production Associate at Cytiva, one of Danaher's operating companies, plays a crucial role in manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, and shipping of products. This position is based in Logan, Utah and involves adhering to standard operating procedures, completing quality and compliance training, and reporting any quality or compliance concerns.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work policies and procedures, EHS, Quality control inspections, and schematic instructions.
• Receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
• Aware of and comply with Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices, as associated with this job type/position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
• Ability to work well and communicate with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Frequent movement, climbing stairs and ladders daily, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weights up to 50 lbs. unassisted and occasionally lifting/moving weights greater than 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus on objects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing for 2 years is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Skills

• Good documentation skills.
• Understanding of production process, work instructions, documentation configuration control, non-conforming and rework documentation requirements.
