Production Associate - DPM 1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm

About the role

The Production Associate at Cytiva, one of Danaher's operating companies, plays a crucial role in manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, and shipping of products. This position is based in Logan, Utah, and focuses on the Dry Powder Media Manufacturing department.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work policies and procedures, EHS, Quality control inspections, and schematics or verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
• Aware of and comply with Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices, as associated with this job type/position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
• Ability to work well and communicate with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Frequent movement, climbing stairs and ladders daily, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weights up to 50 lbs. unassisted and occasionally lifting/moving weights greater than 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus on objects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in 2 years of related manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Skills

• Good documentation skills.
