Production Associate Night Shift

About the role

The Production Associate position is full-time and works a night shift from 4pm - 2:30am Monday-Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays based on business need. The position requires training on the first shift for three to four weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assembles materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished products from raw materials.
• Attaches appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Packs finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
• Tracks production on schedule boards.
• Notifies supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Plants finished goods on the designated area.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Maintains production schedule to meet customer orders on a daily basis.
• Rotates to different workstations as production needs require.
• Reads a tape measure accurately and consistently.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Reads and comprehends floor reports.
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

Requirements

• Must be able to maintain Production schedule to meet customer orders on a daily basis.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout their shift.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
