Production Associate - Mender - $17.00/Hour

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mender to support the Rental Division.

About the role

The Mender is responsible for accurately repairing Uniform garments in accordance with company standards, including patching holes and tears or replacing buttons on garments such as shirts and pants. The role involves using an industrial heat seal machine and button sewing machine.

Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Repair uniform garments by patching holes, tears, or replacing buttons.
• Operate industrial heat seal and button sewing machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
• Adhere to company attendance policies.
• Work safely in proximity to others for extended periods.
• Perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Learn and use computer programs to accomplish work.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Standing for most of the shift.
• Repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
