Production Associate - $25.74+

Start Date: September 8th with a two-week onboarding schedule.

Schedule

• Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Onboarding hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (September 8–11 and September 14–18)

Pay

• $22.50/hour for the first two weeks (with a $40 shift differential)
• $23.47/hour during the probationary period
• $25.74/hour after the probationary period (typically 90 days)
• Sign-on bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months

Responsibilities

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math for inspections
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents
• Following directions
• Performing clean-up functions such as:
• Blowing down the machine
• Wiping off shafts
• Cleaning ink systems
• Vacuuming and sweeping the machine area
• Picking up and shredding scrap
