- Cook with Donor Solutions and Quality Management teams to prepare the merchandise pipeline.
- Meet weekly production goals.
- Supervise pricing in multiple media subcategories to ensure items are priced according to ThriftSmart standards.
- Audit prices daily for consistency and accuracy based on ThriftSmart pricing standards.
- Redirect materials that do not qualify as merchandise to recycling or dumpster.
- Keep proper level of supplies on hand and communicate supply needs to manager.
- Stock priced merchandise to Media areas.
- Pull stale merchandise as needed while maintaining the shelves well-stocked and fresh.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.

- Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 1 year preferred.
