Production Associate - Mat Roller - 3rd Shift - Temporary

About the role

The Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, then safely placing them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. After rolling, mats are sorted and placed in staging locations for customer delivery. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards results in additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Safely operate rolling machines to process mats.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort and stage rolled mats for customer delivery.
• Meet or exceed established production standards to earn additional compensation.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

How You Will Be Evaluated

Pay

Base salary ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance incentives.
