Production Associate - Mat Roller - 3rd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division.

About the role

The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintains the work area's cleanliness. After rolling, mats are sorted and staged for customer delivery. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards directly impacts compensation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Safely operate rolling machines to process mats.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort and stage rolled mats for customer delivery.
• Meet or exceed established production standards to maximize earnings.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding production standards.
