Production Associate - Mat Roller - 3rd Shift

About the role

The Production Associate – Mat Roller supports the Rental Division, focusing on the evaluation and processing of cleaned customer floor mats using a rolling machine.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned floor mats
• Safely place mats into a rolling machine for processing
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area
• Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must adhere to attendance policy
• Willingness to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
• Requires standing for most of the shift
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials

Pay

The position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure, with additional compensation incentive tied to meeting production standards.

Schedule

This is a Full-Time position on a 3rd Shift schedule.
