Production Associate - Mat Roller - 2nd Shift - Temporary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division.

About the role

The Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, then safely placing them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. After rolling, the mats are sorted and placed in staging locations for customer delivery. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure; meeting or exceeding production standards for rolling mats directly impacts compensation, including higher hourly pay for exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Safely operate rolling machines to process mats.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort and stage rolled mats for customer delivery.
• Meet or exceed production standards to qualify for performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

Base salary for this role ranges between $16.00 - $17.50/hour, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Additional compensation incentives are tied to exceeding production standards.
