Production Associate - Mat Roller - 2nd Shift - Temporary

About the role

The Mat Roller is responsible for evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, then safely placing them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintaining the work area’s cleanliness. After rolling, mats are sorted and staged for customer delivery. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure: meeting or exceeding production standards increases hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cleaned customer floor mats for quality.
• Operate rolling machine safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Sort and stage rolled mats for delivery.
• Meet or exceed established production standards to earn additional hourly incentives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance.

Schedule

Full-time, 2nd shift. This is a temporary position.
