About the role
As a Production Associate Team Leader (Level IV) in our Manufacturing group, you will:
- Proactively stop work and report any major injury hazards, and comply with all HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
- Report any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards, and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures; perform quality inspections to identify and control non-conforming material.
- Operate equipment independently to meet customer expectations, achieve production goals, and maintain required cycle time or engineering standards.
- Keep your work area clean and orderly, perform routine housekeeping tasks, and carry out planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
- Instruct and coach others, act as an informal resource for team members with less capability, and communicate effectively with your team and support teams.
- Participate actively in improving quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development.
- Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize any negative effects; engage in HSE training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
