Job Summary

Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with direct guidance.

About the role

Maintain a safe working environment by stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately.

Ensure health and safety standards are upheld by reporting work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.

Minimize costs and quality exposures by following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.

Meet production goals and customer expectations by operating manual and automated equipment efficiently.

Communicate effectively with your team and support teams to improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow.

Recognize and minimize the negative impact of your work on the environment.

Engage in training and personal development to stay aligned with business requirements and improve your skills.

Keep your work area clean and orderly, perform routine housekeeping tasks, and identify equipment needing repair.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Safety: Stop work and report major injury hazards immediately.
