About the Role
The Production Associate position is responsible for ensuring products are assembled and/or packed in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient and high-quality manufacturing that meets customer and regulatory requirements and supports overall operations. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for the final inspection and packaging of medical devices, helping ensure each product is ready for customer use.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and document results to maintain product integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Manipulate small parts and operate controls with precision; manual dexterity is essential for handling tools, adjusting machine settings, and placing and removing workpieces.
- Assemble products or components manually or with automated equipment, in accordance with technical specifications and work instructions.
- Ensure all assembly tasks are completed accurately and meet production timelines.
- Work efficiently to meet or exceed production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow established manufacturing processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize waste or errors.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Precise control over the movement of tools and workpieces.
- Good hand-eye coordination for manipulating controls, adjusting settings, and achieving accurate results.
- Familiarity with quality control processes.
- Certification in operating specific machinery or equipment.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to follow written work instructions.

Schedule
- 1st shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am - 3:00 pm.
- 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 pm - 1:00 am.
Shift eligible for a 7% shift differential.
