Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with overtime on a business-need basis.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and assemble parts
  • Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools
  • Accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and other work instructions
  • Responsible for quality product standards with no defects
  • Ensure creation of parts meet customer deadlines and expectations
  • Stay in compliance with applicable elements of quality systems
  • Participate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events as required
  • Participate in audits
  • Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required
  • Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in clean and orderly condition
  • Examine methods and results for conformance to standards and reinstruct as required
  • Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the U.S.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF)

Qualifications

  • 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience using Citrix, SAP, Word, and Excel

Pay

The salary range for this role is $35,537 to $66,651 USD.
