About the role
This is a full-time Production Associate position in Farmingdale, New York, offering excellent healthcare benefits, 401k matching, and generous PTO. You will support production processes, product management, and innovation activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our partners and patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of production activities, including tracking workflows, managing inventory, and ensuring production schedules are met.
- Process work orders for kits and bulk supplies sent to investigator sites (printing documents, barcodes, requisition forms, and kit production forms; assembling kits).
- Identify discrepancies with work orders and enter information into a LIMS system for metrics reporting with clients.
- Collaborate with Project Management staff for work order modifications.
- Refurbish incoming shipping boxes received from investigator sites.
- Disassemble supplies returned from investigator sites.
- Assist in training new employees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or higher.
- Some experience in a production, manufacturing, or related environment (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a commitment to supporting production goals and contributing to team success.

Pay
Salary range: $35,208.00–$44,010.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level. Eligibility for bonuses, stock compensation, and commissions may apply depending on role and performance.
