Production Associate I

About the role

AtriCure, Inc. is a fast-growing company that manufactures medical devices for treating conditions like atrial fibrillation (Afib). The Production Associate I position involves assembling small to medium-size components into quality finished products, adhering to ISO and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pull components required for orders under guidance of team members
• Raise issues or concerns with components, processes, documentation, and training when needed
• Operate equipment and processes per process specifications
• Accurately document time to appropriate manufacturing orders
• Follow process specifications and production rules
• Perform company activities as assigned by production supervisor and/or team leader
• Under guidance of team members perform in-process inspection per process specifications and inspection documentation
• Manufacture quality product while maintaining line output and productivity requirements
• Absorb and assist with packaging and labeling of products per process specifications and drawings
• Able to read and understand work instructions in the English language

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle and assemble small parts
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work using microscopes and other magnifying aids
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and understand work instructions written in English
